We may hone in on fixing what we believe we can control because on the inside, we're at a loss for how to recover and move through losing a loved one, a divorce or breakup, feeling we've failed in some way, or not living up to our full potential. We sometimes depend on substances or turn to food to suppress the feelings we can't face alone and end up compounding our life with more problems.
The choices we make in life stem from a deeper well: a place from within you that will continue to drive the direction of your life, living on autopilot, until you become more intimately familiar with this terrain.
